We planned our trip so that the restaurant would be at low volume which it was. The service was excellent and very friendly. Our meals came out promptly and the food was good. This was a return trip as my daughter really likes their food.

Great place to go for happy hours. Also they have daily specials. The food is delicious.

5 stars for the customer service. I expressed my concern about one of the menu items. It was immediately addressed and rectified without anyone feeling the least bit slighted. Very professional. I appreciate the staff at Earls. If you're not satisfied, speak up. Earls wants to make things right.

The food was good...it was the service that was horrible..I think the servers name was Ty.He barely came by..despite the fact it was empty.and when he did he was completely rude and seemed to have better things to do.

The food was good. The appetizers are delicious! I'd definitely go there again. Didn't like the cleanliness in the washroom. Otherwise it was overall great experience!

If you've been to an Earl's before you probably know what to expect. Food was decent and the drinks were good as well. Service was over all good but a little spotty at the end perhaps maybe we overstayed our welcome? It wasn't that the actual service was pure it's just that the server sort of forgot about us near the end. Otherwise everything else was great.

Love this restaurant! Visit almost every week, great food and service! They have beautiful flowers from Blooms Flowers at the front desk too. Highly recommend visiting!

Had a Chicken Ceasar salad, and the lettuce tasted dirty, and boy did they skimp on the dry, flavourless chicken and romaine lettuce!!Underwhelming quality and taste. Used to love Earls because they were consistent with their flavours and portion sizes. When you pay $21 plus for a simple salad that's bland and leaves your taste buds wanting more, I'm crossing this place off my list!

Always have a great time here the staff is friendly and the food is great. The staff always go the extra mile for you.

This is an amazing franchise restaurant. The food is a quirky take off chicken steak and basic Seafood. Upper class bar food really but it's just amazing. The staff at this location was very friendly and courteous. The restaurant itself was clean and friendly welcoming families of all sizes and ages. The little noisy on a busy time for a quiet date night but you'll spend the rest of the evening discussing how good the food was.

Service and food were great!! Tends to be a noisy venue though. Certainly would go again. Gluten free options were good.

Patio is nice, staff is friendly and the place is always clean. Just the food can be a little sad on occasion, menue isnt very up to date with today's standards, not too many gluten friendly options, little things that can turn a great experience into a meh one.

Tried the new plant based menu. The waiter assured me multiple times the dish I was ordering was not spicy. When it arrived it was definitely spicy. Way better options out there for plant based / vegan food.

Great service and food choices

The service here was okay and the food was okay/meh. In my group we all had soup and salad and bread and the soup all around was only warm rather than hot, and the bread was stale/dry, and the lettuce was a little sad and droopy/tasteless. The soup did taste pretty good though flavour-wise and if you dipped the bread it was soft enough! As for atmosphere, there were LOTS of flies. LOTS. We were swatting and swatting! Also we were seated next to the open kitchen and it was SO VERY LOUD. Mainly the clank and clutter of dishes. We couldn't really converse easily which was very disappointing as I haven't seen the people I was with in a very long time and it would have been nicer if the environment was quieter so I could have enjoyed myself more and been able to share conversation with our lunch. There was much less variety on the menu than I was hoping/expecting and that was a little bit disappointing.

First time eating here and it was great. The waiter was awesome and came by to see how everything was, and kept the coffee topped up. I had the Cajun blackened chicken dinner and it was really good. Came with potatoes and coleslaw, and it was spicy and filling! Definitely would go back!

One of the best “chain” restaurants in Lethbridge for sure. Food is consistently good, more inspired flavours compared to other chain restaurants where everything kind of tastes the same, good services and a nice building.

Went to try the new plant based dishes on the menu. Started with the garlic fries, pieces of garlic exploded with flavor. My wife had the Crispy Tofu Zen Bowl, I tried a bite and was surprised at how much I enjoyed the flavor combination. I ordered the Vegan Hunan Kung Pao, added Crispy Tofu,it was great we will definitely be returning to try the Tofu Tacos. Great job to the cooks in the back. You know what you get with Earl's which is nice. Husband wasn't super impressed with his noodle bowl, but I enjoyed my ahi tuna bowl. Toddler had pizza from kids menu which was unexpectedly spicy for a child.

The bigger better burger was dry and crumbly. Not juicy. Did not enjoy it and won't order again.

I was so happy to find their plant based vegan menu!! They even have a different fryer so there’s no cross contamination. Thank you Earl’s for giving us a new date night spot! It’s so hard to eat out as a vegan, lots of places cross-contaminate or just don’t even know what vegan means! Thank you for the peace of mind and delicious food! Ps Bri is awesome!

I ate all my food! Lol. The Cajun Chicken was fantastic. The alcohol was served right and not too weak. Waiters were friendly.

The food is amazing along with the service. They cater to gluten free as well which is a bonus. The prices are Pretty ok, I feel they are reasonable. I have not once had a bad service there. 10/10 would recommend

Great food! I ordered the teriyaki chicken which was fantastic. It had a little heat to it but not at all overbearing and it added to the flavor. Someone else had the ribs and she really enjoyed them. The third in our party at the penne alfredo which she loved. The wife had the salmon. The salmon was good, but the rice is was on was oversalted and seemed to be overcooked on top of that. Will we order from them again? Yes, but possibly without the salmon.

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Earls Lethbridge who helped make my dad's 80th Covid-19 birthday a little bit special. I live away and was supposed to be there for the celebrations, but Covid got in the way. I put in my order online from Earls and the restaurant called me back right away asking if there is anything extra they can do to help. My dad got his favorite meal (ribs), a personalized bday card, and a desert treat with a candle delivered to his retirement residence. Thank you Earls for helping a daughter shine a little light at a challenging time.

Pleasant restaurant with nice open ambiance. New menu is great! Staff are helpful with menu selection and attentive to refill beverages. This is a safe reliable option in Lethbridge that can meet the needs of gluten-free, vegan, vegetarians. Always look forward to the next visit.

I enjoy coming here for happy hour. The beer is cold and refreshing; the happy hour specials are good. The kids enjoy the garlic fries/rhino fries (which is like poutine with bacon) the pizza, and we like the chicken taco's and dynamite rolls. Food and service are always consistent.

Great service and great food with a nice atmosphere and pretty scenery. Some good drink specials for every day of the week including weekends. Of which I had the gin Caesar, nice and spicy. I had the Brie and Fig sandwich for lunch which is always amazing, especially when paired with their savory Garlic fries. Everyone else in my party enjoyed the food and experience. We even got a bun type sample as an appetizer.

Hadn't been to Earls in a long while but was disappointed in a rather limited menu. Service was quick and friendly. Prices were decent and our food was ok..nothing really special though.
